Instructions for use

IMPORTANT:
Read the instructions carefully and familiarize yourself with the product before fitting the Torch to the gas cartridge or cylinder. Always read the instructions prior to use and keep it handy and easily available. Kindly use the torch for the purpose for which it has been designed and prevents from tampering/altering of dropping to ensure its quality performance, safety and covered under warranty

SAFETY INFROMATION
Ensure that the sealing’s are in place and in good condition before fitting the gas cartridge/cylinder.
Never use a Torch with leaking, damaged or malfunctioning cartridge or cylinder.
Always fix, change or use the torch to gas cartridge/cylinder in a well ventilated place away from any inflammable objects or source of ignition such as naked flame, pilot lights, electric fires etc.
Always check for Leakages, if any, using soap water and not with naked flame.
If there has been a leakage you have to be extra careful and evacuate the gas in ventilated areas.
Never leave the Torch unattended when lit.
This Torch consumes oxygen and must only be used in well ventilated areas.
Use the Torch at safe distance from walls and other combustible material.
HANDLING THE TORCH
Please do not touch hot parts of the Torch during or after use.
Storage: Always unscrew the gas cartridge/cylinder from the Torch when not in use. Store them in a safe dry place away from heat and out of reach for children. Never store gas containers in basements or other underground places.
Always use this torch for the purpose it for anything for which it has been designed.
Handle the Torch with care and avoid dropping.
ASSEMBLING THE TORCH
Ensure that the control Knob is turned off (turned fully clockwise).
Keep the gas cartridge/cylinder upright when fitting it to the Torch valve.
Place the valve to lock on top of the gas cartridge/cylinder valve.
Gently screw the gas cartridge/cylinder into the valve.
NOTE! Screw hand tight only. Do not over tighten or you will damage the gas cartridge/cylinder valve.
Assembly of burner. Tighten the burner assembly to the valve neck tube/angle pipe by rotating clockwise direction. Note: The burner is hot after use.
If a cartridge/cylinder support is provided with the Torch it shall be used to secure stability.
Ensure that a complete gas seal has been made. If you have to check the gas soundness of the Torch, do this outdoors. Do not check for leakages with a naked flame. Use warm soapy water only, applied to the joints and connection of the Torch. Any leakage will show up as bubbles around the leakage area. If you are in doubt or if you can hear or smell gas. Do not attempt to light the Torch. Unscrew the gas cartridge/cylinder and contact your local dealer.
OPERATING THE TORCH
Point the burner away from body and flammable objects.
Turn the regulating knob counterclockwise to open the valve. Use match stick or lighter with flame to ignite the burner.
Adjust flame size by regulating the knob as per the requirement.
After use, ensure that the valve fully shut (regulating knob turned fully clockwise) and unlock the valve from the gas cartridge/cylinder.

CHANGING THE GAS CARTRIDGE/CYLINDER
Shut the valve by turning the regulating knob clockwise. Be sure the flame is extinguished, the burner has cool down and no other flame nearby. Unlock cassette connection from the gas cartridge and unscrew valve from the gas cylinder and replace the Torch sealings if they are cracked or worn out. Avoid cross threading by putting the valve onto the gas cartridge/cylinder screw thread squarely and screw on hand tight only.

ROUTINE SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Always ensure that the connection of torch was in good condition. Inspect them every time before assemble the Torch.
