Shipping Policies

(1) "Al-Sanidi Store" provides shipping services for products sold through the store, and shipping is handled by shipping companies approved by us. Please note that these companies may change from time to time, and therefore shipping policies may vary depending on the service provider.

(2) Shipping is conducted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Upon completing the purchase through the store, the order is prepared for shipping. The buyer must provide accurate and precise shipping information (city, neighborhood, street, building).

(3) Shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

●        The store provides shipping within the kingdom at a minimum cost of 17 Saudi Riyals, which increases based on weight. You can find out the final price in the order summary before completing the payment.

●        Delivery is within 3 to 5 working days to major cities from the shipping date, considering a maximum of two working days for processing.

(4) Shipping to Gulf Cooperation Council countries (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait,Qatar ,Oman ):

●        The store provides shipping within GCC countries at a minimum cost of 115 Saudi Riyals or equivalent in foreign currencies, which increases based on weight. You can find out the final price in the order summary before completing the payment.

●        Delivery is within 7 to 10 working days to major cities from the shipping date, considering a maximum of two working days for processing.

(5) Shipping to the United States :

. The store provides shipping within the United States at a minimum cost of 284 Saudi Riyals or equivalent in foreign currencies, which increases based on weight. You can find out the final price in the order summary before completing the payment.

(6) The buyer agrees to sign a receipt upon product delivery.

(7) The buyer agrees to pay for the purchased products (if not paid electronically), in addition to shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees upon receiving the products upon delivery.

(8) The store is not responsible for delays in product delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, including but not limited to: floods, storms, acts of war, and public events.

(9) If the store is delayed in delivering sold products due to force majeure, making it evident that delivering the sold products is not possible on the estimated delivery date, the store must immediately inform the buyer of such circumstances and provide a new delivery date.

(10) During the delay period, the buyer's payment obligations are suspended until the force majeure circumstances are resolved, after which the payment obligations resume.

(11) The buyer agrees to treat the shipping representative courteously and assumes all legal responsibility for any personal errors committed against the shipping representative. The store disclaims any responsibility for any personal errors committed by the shipping representative against the buyer.

(12) If the buyer refuses to accept the products from the shipping representative despite them meeting the advertised specifications, the buyer is deemed to have legally received the products and is obliged to pay for the shipping operation amicably or judicially.

(13) The buyer must adhere to the store's shipping policy, which may change from time to time.
