Warranty Policy

(1) The store offers products for sale under the warranties provided by the manufacturers, traders, or sellers. The store itself does not provide any special warranties for the products. All product warranties are transferred directly to the customers. If a product includes a warranty from the manufacturer or trader, the store will deliver the warranty certificate to the customer, indicating the warranty period and authorized service centers. In all cases, the warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes any damage caused by customer misuse.

(2) The store provides special warranties for certain types of products:

* Maintenance warranty for all Al-Sanidi products (company warranty)

* PKL gas canisters: 5-year warranty

* Travel bags: 3-year warranty

* Dometic refrigerators:

  * 4-year comprehensive warranty for CFX5, CFX, CFX2, and CFX3 series

  * 3-year comprehensive warranty for MOBICOOL, CF, CDF, and CFF series

  * 3-year warranty for cooling refrigerators

  * Additional 1-year warranty on the compressor

* All other products: 2-year warranty

* CMP products are not covered by any warranty
