Inflating
If the boat is inflated during cold weather or without direct sunlight on the tubes care must be taken not to over-inflate the tubes. As the air inside the tubes heats up due to temperature rises or sunshine. the pressure will increase. The boat is not fitted with a safety valve. so the pressure must be monitored at all times.
Select a clean area free of stones, gravel,. sticks or other sharp objects
Defold the boat completely in the manner that the boat lays flat on the floor evenly.
-Use a hand or foot operated air pump to inflate the boat.

1) Fix the big ring of valve cap on the base
2) Screw the middle part of valve cap on the base and then inflating
3) Screw the small cap of valve tightened
!!!! Please do NOT use an air compressor !!!!
Please inflate the chambers in the numeric order. If the boat is inflated too much it might burst or the seams might tear. Fill each chamber until it is stiff. Measure the printed ruler to 10cm with the equipped hard ruler to check the main chamber for proper inflation.
252 x 125 x40cm: MAXIMUM PRESSURE 0.05 bar (0.725 PSI)!!!
Due to changes in temperature the valves might become inflexible. To get them flexible again please soak the closed valves in warm water for some minutes The boat does not have a safety valve. The air pressure has to be observed all the time.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
When you find the boat appears a bit soft, it might not definitely be because of a leak Firstly you can check if valve caps are loose. If all valves are in good condition, you can consider if it is caused by temperature variation: If the boat was inflated in the day at higher temperature, say, 35°C(95°F) and air might cool down to 25°C (77°F) overnight, so that the pressure on the hull may lower down and the boat will appear soft the next morning.
1.lf valves and temperature variation are not the reasons, you need to start looking for a leak:
2.Position the leak area: You can check your boat from a few feet away or flip it over and closely check over the outside. Any large leaks should be clearly visible.
3.Pin point the location of the leak: spray mild soapy water over the suspicious areas. Any leak will produce bubbles.
4.Check valves system for leak.
REPAIRS
Little holes or puncture can be repaired with the repair kit come along with the boat
1.Find the leak.
2.Thoroughly clean the area surrounding the leak to remove any dirt or grime
3.Cut a piece of repair material in round shape, which should be larger than the damaged area.
4.Using a piece of the repair kit, trace outline of the patch lightly
5.Apply adhesive to the underneath side of the patch and around the area to be repaired. Coat the affected are lightly but completely with glue.(not included in the product, please purchase separately from your market.)
