A- Place The Knife Sharpener On A Flat Surface

- In Order To Lead The Rough Sharpening, The Knife Is Placed In The Notch, And With Light Pressure, The Blade Is Moved Into The Notch. This Process Must Be Repeated Three To Five Times.
Preferably Age Tools Every Six Months Or As Needed

Soft Sharpening, In Order To Remove Sharp Burrs On The Surface Of The Knife And Polish It
