Difference of existing fogging machines.
1. No jam of coil. Existing : It has problem of jam in coil due to chemical carbonized. The mixture liquid is putting through heating vaporizer. Only one pipe between chemical and fogging. DPG-0005 : It does not have problem of jam in coil, caused separated coil and Chemical Supply Pipe. It does not happen chemical carbonized.
2. No corrosion of pump. Existing : It happens corrosion as mixing chemical and diesel in fuel tank. It is inconvenience of keeping fuel tankand equipment separately after use. DPG-0005 : It does not need to keep in fuel tank and equipment separately for prevent corrosion of the pump. Because it has chemical tank so it can keep diesel and chemical separately.
3. Maximizing the efficacy of chemical. Existing : During the mixture goes through the heated vaporizer,Chemical is heated and carbonized, it makes loss of chemical efficacy. DPG-0005 : It makes maximizing of chemical efficacy caused chemical goes to bundled discharge directly without through the vaporizer.
4. Expanding the range of the use. Existing : It has limitation for use range while through the vaporizer. It makes chemical change by the heat. (only for insecticide)
DPG-0005: The range of use is expanding by using water and chemical by water. Caused there is no chemical change by heating. (extermination of vermin, disinfection, quarantine, undiluted fertilizer and agriculture chemicals)
5. Securing the sight.
Existing :It is difficult to check the workplace because of smoke from diesel.
DPG-0005: It is excellent to securing the sight due to the fog made of water.



DIRECTION OF DPG-0005 1. Fill diesel or water into fuel tank. * Never fill other liquid except diesel or water. * The other liquid makes jam in coil. * Combine the equipment after fill the fuel tank.
1. Fill the chemical and water(or diesel) into the Chemical Tank. * During fill the mixture, please check measure mark in outside of tank. * In manual, mixture rates is indicated. Refer the manual. * At use a dispersing chemical, also fill into Chemical Tank.
2. Control the discharging rate by using the Chemical control handle.
3. Combine a bottle of liquid butane gas and turn the gas control handle to the direction of OPEN for supply gas. Then press the ignition Swich helps to spark.
4. Start to spray water and oil after warming up. * Start the work after warming up for 10 seconds in spraying water. *Start the wokr after warming up for 1 minute in spraying diesel.
5. Turn off burner by turning the gas control handle to the direction of CLOSE after the work. And then pumping the handle more than 5 times like spraying.
6. Keep the bottle of liquid butane gas detaching from equipment after use.

How to use DPG-0005
1. Put diesel or water into fuel tank.
Never put other fluid other than diesel or water.Pouring other fluid can cause the jam in coil.
Combine the equipment after putting fluid into fuel tank.
2. Put the mixture of liquid and water(or diesel) into the medicine container. Put the mixture while identifying the windown displaying the agent.
Refer to the manual in mixing the agent.Put the dispersing agent into the agent container.
3. Control the amount of the drug by using the handle to control theagent.
4. Combine liquid butane gas and turn the handle to control the gas in the direction of OPEN to supply gas.Then press the ignition swich helps to spark.
5. Start to spray water and oil after warming up.Start the work after warming up for 10 seconds in spraying water.Start the work ater warming up for 1 minute in spraying diesel.
6. Turn off burner by turning the handle to control gas in the direction of CLOSE after the work and spray the mixture more than 5 times by pumping the handle of the pump like in spraying oil.
7. Keep the liquid butane gas after spraying and detaching the gas.

ΔProduct before use precautions.
1. This product was split the Chemical tank and the Fuel tank . For the Furl tank ,please use the water or the diesel. Never injected chemicals to the Fuel tank .If you use the machine as existing methods, then the coil will be clogged. Pesticides ,pest eradication agents ,disinfectants, diffusion agent should be injected to the Chemical tank .

2. DPG-0005 is different from existing fog machine of how to use. Please use it after reading manual fully.

3. For mixing the chemical in the chemical tank, please keep the mixing ratio of chemical on the bottle .When over-used , dizziness , headache , vomiting may occur.


 The coil is less clogging.
 No corrosion of pump.

The chemical is not supplied to coil for the coil component life increased .It is supply through ‘The Chemicals supply pipe’ into ‘the Bundled discharge ’ , in order to avoid to combustion in the Coil inside. (DPG-0005 is diesel or water supplied to in the coil .)

 The pump is not occur corrosion, because diesel and chemicals kept separate. (This product was split chemical tank and fuel tank.)
 The chemical was supplied directly to ‘The Bundled discharge’ without the Coil .It is better ,because it do not have the effect of heat.
 It is possible using the various the chemicals by mist work. (Extermination of vermin , disinfection , quarantine, undiluted fertilizer and agriculture chemicals )

Difference for existing fog machines
1. The Coil component life was increased.
 Existing fog machine: It is supplied the chemicals and diesel into the Coil . Than one substance, both substances (diesel +pesticide) is combustion occur more residue in the coil .Because of, occur more the coil block..
 DPG-0005: DPG-0005 is supplied diesel or water to the Coil .Because ,when heating the chemical is occur a lot of carbon (dregs ) into the Coil inside .( Also the diesel the occur of carbon, but the chemical was less than a level the occur carbon , and the water was not occur carbon .) Please refer to the side4 picture.



2. No corrosion of Pump.
 Existing fog machine: It used put in the chemicals and diesel mix into the Fuel tank . At this time, the pump was occur corrosion, because PH value of the mixture is strong acids. (PH 3) Due to pump corrosion, it was a significant decrease in machine life.
 DPG-0005 :It was injected diesel or water in the Fuel tank .The diesel and water PH value is PH 6~7 .So the pump is no corrosion, because its main ingredient is stainless steel, brass, plastic .DPG-0005 is equipped the Chemical tank inside the Case. The Chemical tank is corrosion was no problem, because it without pump.


3. The Chemical effect is better.
 Existing fog machine: The mixture was be combustion while passing the carburetor to be heated, it makes loss of chemicals efficacy.
 DPG-0005: The Chemicals was supplied through ‘ the Chemicals supply pipe ‘ into ‘the discharge ,’ in order to avoid to heating . Thus the Chemical effect is better, because it do not have the effect of heat.


4. Expanding the rang of the use.
 Existing fog machine: The extermination of vermin was purposes only .The other chemical is not possible using, because it was occur change by heating.
 DPG-0005: The various chemical is possible using, because it was not occur change by heating .The rang expanding of use is by water, it possible the various chemical by mist work. (extermination of vermin ,disinfection ,quarantine ,undiluted fertilizer and agriculture chemical )


5. Securing the sight .
 Existing fog machine: The place of work was difficult to check because to smoke from diesel. In particular, a complex place, indoors, it was hard to securing the sight.
 DPG-0005: It is excellent to securing the sight due to the mist made of water.





Operating Principles of DPG-0005
 The chemicals should supply to the Bundled discharge device, it was not to pass the carburetor for avoid to heating combustion. (Orange Line )
 The Carburetor (Coil) is injected water or diesel only. The Coil component life was increased ,because both substance occur less of carbon than the chemicals .(Blue Line )
 The Fuel tank – DPG-0005 was injected diesel or water in the Fuel tank .The pump was no corrosion, because injected without the chemical in the fuel tank..
