Thank you for purchasing the coffee maker. Please read this user manual thoroughly before using it for the first time. It's important to follow all instructions and take utmost care to avoid any damage resulting from improper handling. Keep this manual handy for easy reference.
Warning!
Use only the heat source designed for the coffee maker. Exercise extreme caution when handling the alcohol burner. Alcohol is highly flammable! Do not place your hand or face near the lower bowl during heating. Do not use brushes or abrasive cleaners (either powder or liquid) to clean the glassware. This may cause glass breakage.
Product Care:
Use a soft sponge and mild dish soap for cleaning.
Do not use abrasive sponges or metallic cleaning tools. Cleaning with such sponges may cause damage. Do not use abrasive cleaners. This may damage or scratch the glassware surface.
The upper bowl with rubber seal and the lower bowl without stand can be washed in the dishwasher. Please follow the dishwasher instructions properly.
Household bleach solutions can be used to clean tough stains. When using household bleach, always follow the instructions properly. Rinse the glassware thoroughly after bleaching.
Handling Tips:

Do not use the product if you find cracks or scratches in the glassware. Continued use of defective product may result in fire or injury.
The stand may become hot, so do not touch it with your hands. Use gloves or a thick cloth to handle the stand when carrying. Do not place the coffee siphon on a vinyl tablecloth or a surface sensitive to heat.
After use, do not touch any glass part with a wet cloth or place it on a wet surface until it cools down. Sudden temperature change may cause breakage.
Do not use a metal spoon inside the glass bowl. It may cause breakage.
Be cautious when handling broken glass parts.
When heating over a gas stove, use a low flame to avoid heating the stand and other glass parts.
Do not use the coffee siphon near flammable materials.
Do not move the alcohol burner or the flame stove when lit.
Do not use it for purposes other than making coffee.
Remove all water from the external parts of the glass before heating.
As the lower bowl will become nearly empty, ensure not to increase the temperature. This may cause breakage.
Use only alcohol burner, circular flame stove, halogen lamp heater, or siphon gas stove for heating.
Ensure the heat source reaches the middle of the bottom bowl.
Do not place hands or face near the bottom bowl during heating. Hot water may spurt out.
Use only fuel alcohol. Never use gasoline or kerosene. Purchase alcohol from pharmacies, etc.
Keep the alcohol away from children's reach.
Maintain a 3mm cotton wick length. Adjust the length so that the flame height is less than 4 cm.
If the alcohol is filled in large quantities, it will expand and overflow.
Ensure there are no cracks or scratches on the surface of the flame tank. When refilling, only pour enough alcohol to fill it up to the lamp holder.
Use only the cotton wick provided with the alcohol burner.
Do not move or attempt to refill the alcohol burner when lit. This may cause fire.
Extinguish the flame by covering it with the included cover.
Ensure the flame is completely extinguished to avoid any potential unexpected ignition.
Empty the burner tank when not in use for an extended period, and store the remaining alcohol in the container.
Handle the alcohol with extreme care. Read the instructions and warnings regarding the use of the alcohol described in the container.
In case of any manufacturing defect or material defect due to misuse or accident, spare parts are available at retail stores carrying our products.
Starting with pouring approximately boiled water into the bottom bowl until it reaches the desired level on the measuring scale (20 ml of water per cup). Finally, ignite the alcohol burner.
Connect the filter to the glass bowl.
Place a leveled spoonful per cup (about 10 grams or 0.3602 ounces) of ground coffee in the upper bowl.
Place the upper bowl gently and with appropriate pressure. Avoid excessive pressure, which may cause air expansion due to the high temperature of the water in the upper bowl.
As the water rises from the bottom bowl to the upper bowl, use the spoon handle to gently stir and heat the mixture for 40 to 60 seconds. Avoid raising the temperature of the nearly empty bottom bowl.
Afterwards, move the stand away from the stove and extinguish the flame by placing a cover over the stove. Wait until the coffee drips naturally into the bottom bowl, and do not move the stove before extinguishing the flame.
After finishing, remove the upper bowl with a slight swinging motion back and forth, then place it on the stand.
You can now pour the coffee directly into the cup.
Tips for Delicious Aromatic Coffee:
Use the alcohol fuel available at pharmacies.
Keep alcohol away from children.
Clean the coffee siphon regularly before each use.
Ensure to grind coffee beans to a medium size before using them in the siphon.
Ensure to warm the coffee cup in hot water while making coffee.
