1. Access and Use

  • The alsanidi.com.sa website can be accessed via the internet or mobile applications.
  • Your use of the site means that you fully agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
  • Any commercial use or use in the name of another is prohibited without prior written permission.

  • All trademarks, texts, images, designs, codes, and content are the property of Al-Sunaidi Store or their respective owners.
  • It may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Copying, modifying, or republishing any content without prior permission is prohibited.

3. Terms of Sale

  • Eligibility: Purchase is available to those who have legal eligibility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Correct data must be entered (name, mobile number, email, payment, address).
  • The products are intended for personal use or as gifts, and are not for resale.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance based on product availability.
  • The packaging design may differ from the images shown without any change to the content.
  • Al-Sunaidi has the right to cancel any order in case of a price error or payment problem.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices include VAT.
  • Payment methods: Credit card, Mada, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Tamara, Tabby, STCPAY.
  • If the issuing entity refuses to pay, the order is cancelled.
  • Card data is not stored or sold.

4. Delivery

  • Within Saudi Arabia: Starting from 17 riyals (3–5 working days).
  • Gulf: Starting from 115 riyals (7–10 days).
  • America: Starting from 284 Riyals (10–14 days).
  • There may be delays on show days.
  • International orders via Aramex (customs is the customer's responsibility).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • The order can be cancelled before shipping via "My Account > My Orders".
  • After shipment, cancellation is treated as a return.

6. Offers and discount coupons

  • Products include both discounted and non-discounted items, depending on the code terms.
  • No more than one code can be applied to the same invoice.
  • The offer and discount code cannot be combined on the same invoice.

  • Within 65 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, with its original packaging and invoice.
  • Some products (such as brushes and hunting clothes) are non-returnable.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect, the store will bear the return shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method or via store credit.

  • The warranty is provided by the manufacturer/supplier and covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Other products: 2 years
  • CMP products: No warranty

10. General Provisions

  • Al-Sunaidi has the right to modify the terms at any time without prior notice.
  • By continuing to use the site, you agree to the changes.
  • These conditions are subject to Saudi laws, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction.
  • The Arabic text shall be adopted in case of any conflict with the English translation.
