Warranty Policy

At Al-Sanidi Store, we are committed to providing products in accordance with the warranties approved by the manufacturers, suppliers, or agents. We explain the details of the applicable warranties below:

General warranty on products:

•All products are sold with the original warranty provided by the manufacturer or supplier (if applicable).

• Al-Sanidi Store does not provide an additional warranty on its part, but rather the original warranty is transferred to the customer.

•The official warranty certificate will be delivered to the customer when available, specifying the warranty period, type of coverage, and authorized service centers.

•The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

•The warranty excludes: any damage resulting from misuse, modification, or external damage resulting from neglect or misuse.


Special warranty for Al-Sanidi products:

Some products sold in the store are subject to special warranty policies, which we explain as follows:

Products guaranteed by Al-Sunaidi Company:

•All Al-Sanidi products are covered by an approved maintenance warranty.

•PKL gas cylinders: 5 years warranty.

•Travel bags: 3 years warranty.

Dometic refrigerators:

CFX / CFX2 / CFX3 / CFX5 category:

4 years comprehensive warranty.

MOBICOOL / CF / CDF / CFF class:

3 years comprehensive warranty.

•Regular refrigerators:

3 years warranty.

Compressor:

Additional one year warranty over and above the original warranty period.

Other products:

•All other products: 2-year warranty. Except CMP products.

Products with an internal battery have a 6-month warranty only.

At Al-Sanidi Travel Supplies, we strive to provide the best maintenance services to our valued customers, ensuring your satisfaction and trust. We explain our approved maintenance policy as follows:


Conditions for benefiting from maintenance

  • The defect must be due to a manufacturing defect only, and does not include damage resulting from misuse or neglect.
  • Provide the original purchase invoice or mobile number when requesting the service.
  • No modification or maintenance is performed outside our authorized centers, to ensure quality service.
  • Ship the product to Al-Sanidi maintenance centers.


Inspection and repair period

The product will be inspected immediately at the maintenance center unless it requires testing for a period ranging from 1 to 3 days. The repair period may vary depending on the type of defect and the availability of spare parts.


Maintenance exceptions

Maintenance services do not include malfunctions resulting from:

  1. Breakage, burning, or exposure of the electronic product to liquids.
  2. Use not in accordance with product instructions.
  3. Faults caused by improper electrical connection.


After-sales service

  • The customer will be notified immediately after the product repair is completed.
  • The product will be retained for a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of notification. If it is not received within this period, Al-Sunaidi Company has the right to destroy the product.


Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping the product to maintenance centers or receiving the product after maintenance is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping services for products after maintenance depend on the shipping company contracted with Al-Sanidi. The product may be delivered to the customer's address or to the nearest branch of the company.
