Terms and conditions for replacing gas cylinders

Before you say it's cold outside… make sure your water tank is safe. Whatever your old tank is, replace it with a new Al-Sunaidi tank and enjoy peace of mind with undeniable safety. Half the price is on you… and complete security for you and your family.



1. Campaign Scope

  • The offer is valid only at Al-Sunaidi branches in the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Khamis Mushait, Hafr Al-Batin, and Buraidah.
  • The offer is not available in the online store.


2. Campaign duration

  • The offer runs from November 25th to December 2nd, 2025.
  • Or until stocks run out — whichever comes first.


3. Replacement mechanism

  • The customer can exchange any old gas cylinder, regardless of its type or condition.
  • The replacement is a new and safe teddy bear (a teddy bear with the head in all its colors).
  • The customer pays only 50% of the value of the new tank.
  • The old teddy bear must be handed over when making the exchange; an exchange will not be accepted without it.


4. Included Products

  • The replacement includes Al-Sunaidi cylinders with the head listed at the following link:

  • The availability of colors and models varies depending on each branch of the same model as shown in the link above.
  • The models of the tanks included are 861109 - 772109 - 207709





5. General Conditions

  • The offer is intended for individual customers for personal use, not for commercial or wholesale purchase.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  • Replacement is available as long as the quantity is available in each branch.
  • The value of the new tank cannot be refunded after replacement except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The offer cannot be converted into cash, and the new teddy bear cannot be exchanged for a different type not included in the campaign.


6. Safety Responsibility

  • Al-Sunaidi guarantees the safety and validity of the new tank for five years according to Al-Sunaidi's warranty policy.
  • The customer is responsible for proper use and installation after receipt.
  • All products have the Saudi quality mark.
  • All old tanks will be destroyed


7. Amendment of Terms

  • Al-Sunaidi reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or discontinue the campaign without prior notice.
  • With respect to requests made before modification.
