Return and Exchange Policy

At Al-Sanidi Store, we always strive for your satisfaction. That's why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy, but within clear controls that preserve the quality of our products and customer rights:


Allowed duration:

You have the right to request a return or exchange within 65 days from the date you receive the order.


Conditions for accepting the application:

The application will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, or unused.
  • The original packaging is intact, without any tears or damage.
  • The product was not damaged upon receipt.
  • All accompanying accessories and gifts have been returned.
  • Serial number (if any) is intact and unaltered.
  • Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., sleeping bags, hunting clothes).


Application mechanism:

You can submit a return or exchange request directly through the store.


Return Method:

  • Choose the appropriate method to return the product:
  • Through the same shipping company you received the order from.
  • Or hand it over to one of Al-Sanidi branches.


Who bears the shipping cost?

If the reason is a defect or manufacturing defect: The store bears all costs after checking the product.


If the reason is personal (such as change of mind): Customer bears the return shipping fee.


If the application is rejected:

If the conditions do not apply, your order will be rejected. If you refuse to receive the product again, the store reserves the right to dispose of it after 14 days.


Refunds:

The amount will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the application.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method, or credit to your in-store wallet, depending on your preference.


substitution:

  • Do not replace directly. Instead:
  • The product is first returned and inspected.
  • The amount will be returned to you (to your payment method or to your wallet balance).
  • You can then purchase the replacement product from the online store.
  • Note: Exchanges are not carried out across branches.
